I was confused by this as well. Callum's tables only go to 63m.
I don't have a set of Buhlmann/Hahn tables to hand, but I think Callum
would have been referring to the altitude range. Aren't they split
into three altitude ranges: 0-250, 250-700, 700+m? The tables would
only go to 63m.
