It was a silly, rhetorical statement of mine.
I had proposed that as payment for me answering a whole slew of 
your questions, ouwrite something interesting and useful yourself.  
I later added in the offer of stating what kind of an engineer I 
was, back when I was a lot less up to speed on the definition of 
engineer, and believed that software engineer and network engineer, 
and in fact almost any kind of computer scientist, was an engineer.

At least, I think that was the sequence.  Something like that.

I took one of your comments as a go ahead, so I did.
Then, it seemed, you wouldn't.  I felt a bit robbed.
