Subject: Fitness envy and more Wrolfing stupidity

I just heard Wrolf is accusing George of using steroids because George is
fit.
The "logic" is beautiful....classic Wrolf courtney logic at its
best----Since Wrolf and his friends are unable to pass even basic fitness
standards, those who are very fit "MUST" be on steroids. Wrolf, does it
really make you feel better to think about things like this?

Wrolf, you fucking moron, just so you know, if a person does steroids, there
are several very obvious side effects---George has none of them. Most
apparent among them, steroid users get puffy from more water
retention--this is basic and next to impossible to avoid, other than for a
single day contest for a bodybuilder--they have a ritual of diuretic use and
dehydration techniques to look more "cut" for shows. Obviously, George could
not do this---he needs to be extremely hydrated at all times. And guess
what, he stays ripped ( i.e., looks lean without water retention) all the
time, and drinks large volumes of water each day. And his decompression
scheduules prove this.

Fitness is a lifestyle. Its an integral part of DIR.

People like Wrolf who prefer eating doughnuts and watching cartoons on TV,
are destined to be perpetually out of shape, and to be jealous of those who
have the comittment to their sport, to train daily for fitness.

It involves a minimum of 60 minutes of cardiovascular training, 4 to 6 days
per week, with 2 hours to 3 hours each day as much better still.

It involves spending 20 minutes at the gym at least 4 days per week.

It involves a high protein, low fat, reasonable quantity complex
carbohydrate mix of each meal, with 5 to 6 meals per day ( none are big
meals).

It involves drinking one to two gallons of water per day.

Those of us who train and eat properly, will continue to be able to tech
dive and enjoy any sport we wish, well into our 60's.

Others failed to reach the mimimum fitness standards even while back in
high school or college, and 'accepted" their lack of fitness, and spent the
rest of their life denying that it effects their performance adversely in
any way....They are like the 350 pound fat women who proclaim loudly that
they are beautiful, and that society is wrong to condemn them as
unattractive. They then get a job as a "stripper", so that they can prove
it. Guess what...They are losers, they may make us sick to look at them, but
at least they won't get anyone killed.

Wrolf, you're stupid postings need to go, you need to have sand kicked in
your face at all the world's beaches, and huge 400 pound fat women strippers
need to sit on your face after waddling and sweating for 3 miles in 90
degree heat....anything to make you realize your true place in our society,
and the total lack of respect we each have for you.

Dan Volker
