This is all fine and dandy ideology, by there are some REALLY BLATANT PROBLEMS with a lot of the gear rigging going on: 1) Stage bottle marking 2) Steel tanks/wetsuit 3) over redundancy/complication These gear rigging issues seem to have a rather large correlation (ie at least 75%) to recent deaths.
