Yes, Richie, Farb got sued, and he told everyone. He won, of course, since his opinion, like mine , is not actionable. The only difference is that Farb let it go at that. We have frivolous lawsuit laws, which I would have pursued to the hilt. Farb got sued over the same things I talk about - a stroke leaving dead buddy . Farb did tell you this, Rich. I don't care about anyone suing me ( that would be welcome - we could put the bullshit on trial then ), I care about the persistant effort to have my opinion blocked. You don't like my opinion of your benefactor, the great "Blarney, triple their distance" Stone , you don't like my opinion on many pieces of dive gear, and even you want me to shut up about it, especially about electronic rebreathers that have the sensor block touching the water ( gee, I wonder why that doesn't work?) . Of course you do like my opinion of you, which is that you are the closest thing to being able to walk on water in 2000 years - a diver who can make a cis lunar work for more than five minutes - the Mother Teresa of rebreather diving , Rich Pyle. Sue me over that comment, or have your boy Frank Zappa do it. Better yet, have his "team" of mutants conduct another letter writing campaign against me. Why is it that when I have an opinion or information, the Wrolfs have such a huge problem with that? Is it becuase my opinion carries the weight of the best track record in tech diving, and several worlds records, as opposed to the words "going to", "planning to " , "only if" , "getting ready to", etc?? I think that is the real problem. Richard Pyle wrote: > > > Richie, I guess you have forgotten that some idiot sued Farb??????? > > I can't forget something that I've never known.
