Mark,

The gases are useable within the same temperature range as compressed
air.  However, many of the CO2 scrubbers become less efficient
at lower temps, so there is probably a point where the scrubber will need
additional heating to function efficiently.  (Lithium hydroxide is better
at lower temps than the sodium hydroxide/potassium hydroxide scubber
material).
