Sorry Jammer but the above two paragraphs appear to be in direct contradiction with each other! You can't run a tight ship and still let every stroke go diving on it. Like what if the captain through past experiance desides that running a tight shipmeans that the dangerous looking gear that the indivdual in corner is not fit to dive with. Does he let the diver go and for get running a tight ship or does he pay attention to his judgement and prevent the diver from divingoff of his ship. P.S.
