Subject: o2 and osteonecrosis

I recently had an opportunity to observe the operation of the local
hyberbaric unit.  The nurse who accompanied us breathed pure O2 at 
2 ATA for 30 minutes before we surfaced.  I wonder how often these 
people are exposed to these elevated PO2 levels and if they have an
increased incidence of osteonecrosis.  Does anyone know of any studies?
