Hi

I have had two Cochran Commander Nitrox computers

The first unit flooded after I fell over on a beach damaging the seal. (A
fall which my Sunnto would have survived.)

The replacement unit reads 6% shallow. This has been sent back...

Most the time I dive using tables and a digital depth timer ether a UWATEC
or a Sunnto Alpha in (gauge mode).

Regards

I'm thinking of buying a dive comp., is this a good idea, or am I better
off using a watch, depth guage and good dive planning? I'm thinking about
some of those computers with multiple gas capability like the Dive Rite
Nitek 3, Zeagle Status 2 or the Cochran Commander Nitrox. Anyone got any
experience on these? I personally know 2 people with the commander nitrox
and both are already broke, I don't think they are very reliable.
