Three deaths, and several more resuscitations, out of 120 units, over a period of less than a year. I will be pursuing this. Anyone with any hard information please let me know. I would especially like the following: Name and e-mail (or phone number if unavoidable) of any diving MPs. The last time I had anything of this magnitude to deal with, the Question in the House really finished this off. The name and e-mail of the Commander, RN whose unit tested the Inspiration, and who is reportedly hopping mad. Contact information on the investigating police officers (in Ireland, the Gardai officer), the coroners, any other officials involved in the three investigations. Any DDRC info. Names, dates, and circumstances for the resuscitations. Same for the deaths, including any with completed inquests. Inquest transcripts, or information on how to get them. If you dive in Britain or Ireland, and have access to a phone, spend an hour of your time and get at least one of these pieces of information. Your friends need you.
