Just had some questions, common to many readers of techdiver, most of which Kathy/George Irvine cleared up recently. You left off your phone number, should I just call the (800) DIVER55 number listed at http://www.dabhh.com/? Who is your principal, and have they instructed you, or is this letter a FOHO? Why are you e-mailing me with copies to a public e-mail list? Was your e-mail intended as a cease and desist letter? If so, why? What damage? To whom? Specifically what should I cease and desist from (I have an inquiring mind, and inquiring minds want to know.) On a point of information, how many times have you obtained court orders of any sort (even a TRO), against a person acting as an (Internet) journalist, asking questions about public figures in the diving industry? Or against any journalist, asking questions about any public figure? Against any journalist, making any speech whatsoever, that is considered harmful by a public figure? Please provide WestLaw references where appropriate, I am sure that my family lawyer, insurance company, and the EFF, ACLU etc. will find this information very convenient. How much does Louisiana (civil) law differ from New York and Florida (common) law in this area? My last question for you, is how many amendments are there to the U.S. Constitution, and which one heads the list?
