Tom, if you blood volume is still low 7 days out, you could 
lace your arms and legs with bungy cord, thereby reducing 
your systemic volume and enabling your heart to maintain a 
reasonable blood pressure throughout the dive.

This also has the advantage of keeping the 'bubble' stable
so if you do feel faint on deco you can nod out for a couple
of minutes without fear of changing depth or attitude.
