As dim (sometimes on purpose) as some of those guys can be, it;d be nice to have a card that just about can't be refused. We have all seen dive shops that won't fill this or that for the most inane reasons. the most fun I think is when a tank is unfit for nitrox until you buy one of the $10 neon billboard stickers, which magically makes it safe.
