Beloved??

A fixture yes, responsible, role model, no. He was not good for the diving
community, and any half wit would know that.  I liked Harvey, it was hard to
dislike him. 

But any diver who dives with unlabled O2 cylinders, unanalyzed tanks, is a
detriment to the industry. And so are all the boat Captains that let him get
away with this kind of stupidity on their boat. 

And this is not gossip, I know the facts from FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. Just
because you "beloved him" does not make him immune from being stupid.
