Wrongo, Mike. When the trial lawyers set out to make some money, they will sue the boat, the skipper, the maker of the scuba gear, the maker of the boat, the instructor, the person who tried to save the deceased, and any boats that happend to going by at the time. This is the way of the lawyer and what is called the "shotgun technique". The only defence is for each of the individual parties above to either have a good excuse, good insurance or not enough money to be worth the bother. Any trial lawyer who is not a goddamn lier will bear me out on this. You really need to get out some more Mike, it's a cold, cruel world out there. :( Jim Sender: Mike Zimmerman Date: 7/9/98 1:13 PM >> Hey Mike this taxi idea of yours works great until the family of the >> deceased sues the hell out of the dive boat. > >Jim, > >that's because you forgot to really open your mind all the way :-) > >Who sues the bus that takes you to the ski slope?
