Yeah, the SAC rate is due to being relaxed underwater and running (I hate running, but it works, much better than swimming or bicycling) The hog rig also helps as when everything is streamlined, gliding through the water is easy. Swimming, double 98's, wetsuit. 5'9" 155. Big head full of rocks provides drag in the water though.
