Mike, Yes you do need a single tank adapter. Also, the dive Rite Rec wing has some elastic restricting bands on it that you might want to remove after you get the wing. I dive this wing on a custom Stainless back plate and one piece Hogarthian harness. IMHO you would have done better to go with a Halcyon wing, I will be in the near future.
