We bought a lot of stuff from them for our Human Powered Submarine. I would usually call ahead and have it put on will call. You'd then drive down to this ENORMOUS block-long warehouse complex and pick up your goods at the desk by the loading dock. You could pre-pay with a CC or use cash/check. I'm sure they also ship. Getting a catalog is total hell. I submitted at least 3 requests and got 0 catalogs. They will not give you one in person either, although they have one you can browse. There is also a phone at the dock you can use to call in your order while you're there. I didn't know they had a web catalog - I will have to try them again. They were the only people who had Rawl 5-pc expansion bolts in SS for under $5.00 each. (Need for climbing/caving.)
