For most fill stations, your tank must be O2 clean to get a Nitrox fill;
filling it with regular compressed air thereafter will result in
hydrocarbons getting in and your tank will no longer be O2 clean.  YOu can
use  the same regulator as long as the O2 is not over 40% or so.
