I have a 5 cfm compressor. It sucks a lot when it starts, so you need to have the flow rate high. Then, once is it running, I can turn is down. With a 20 cfm compressor, it could be a problem. You mention mix and HE. I have been told that your compressor will overheat if you pump helium through your compressor. I am only talking about argon. I have never tried helium.
