This is precisely the reason why I gave brief details of the incident and
avoided speculation. "Facts" from a friend of a friend etc, which turns out
to be fiction, helps nobody. Be Patient. We are all desperate to find the
cause and to see what lessons can be learned. Wait untill the enquiry and
let somebody connected with the incident post the details.
