Further to my earlier post on this incident, it has come to my attention
 that point 2 may be wrong.  This stated that Paul was on his third unit
(which had also been back for repair due to oxygen spiking).  The person
who passed on the original information was adamant that it was correct. 
Another diver who knows Paul well said it's untrue.  I will investigate
further and update the list.
