In today's litigious society, where a bartender can be sued for selling someone a drink - who then goes out and kills someone else, or handgun makers can be sued when one of their guns is used to kill someone, it's nice to know that in the dive community, an incredibly stupid person can go diving without a buddy - by tacit consent of the dive boat, and if he does end up disappearing, his family isn't going to sue the diveboat for negligence in allowing the diver to make his own stupid mistakes. Bravo! (I'm serious.) As long as its not a training course, responsibility for his own safety lies with the diver. ---CAPTZEROOO@ao*.co* wrote: > > You should be so lucky as to get to dive with the Wahoo crowd.
