Subject: Need on Beuchat valves

I'm trying to get information on some valves that are shown in the
1994 Beuchat catalog. Specifically, they are mono-block constructed Y
valves that are DIN/yoke convertible, and are rated at 230 bar.

I've been calling Beuchat USA about once a month for the last several
months, and have gotten responses ranging from "they should be
available next month" to "they are not currently available for sale
in the US".

What I'm trying to do is determine if the valves are currently being
offered for sale in locations outside the US. If any of you have seen
these for sale in other countries, then please let me know.

As an aside, would valves sold elsewhere in the world be compatible
with US tanks? "Standard" tanks in the US use an NPMS 3/4" thread in
the neck opening, but I would be surprised if that were a universal
standard.
