Here in New Jersey, we have the "Bruce Light", a heavy, metal, hand-held
light made by a guy named Bruce (his company is Blue Water Technologies).
He uses a regular halogen car light bulb (in a sealed casing, of course).
This is an advantage because if you're driving down the road and your
headlight dies, you can just use the one from your dive light ;-) ...
