Just a couple of questions on IANTD deco bottleing standards,

Is this US specific, or intended to be applied world wide. The reason I
ask, is that O2 bottles in Japan, are required by law, to be painted
BLACK. That violates 1 & 2 above. Of course, when law and standards
come into conflaict, the law is the final athority. The problem is,
however, what use is there for the standards then? Again, in Japan, tanks
containing CO2 are required to be painted GREEN. My point is that
standards in colors for tanks seems to be a very regional thing, with
little meaning outside of that region. =20

Really?

PS: Tom, why are you not responding to my emails? I have sent 4 or 5
messages to you on IANTD standards and other questions. Since I am paying
you dues, can you at least give me an email address where someone will
respond to me?
