The WKPP position on the 80/20 is fine but let's keep the fact correct. 
There was 100% O2 on board when Tai die. Yes there was 80/20 on board also.

Where ever you got you information is not a reliable factual source.

Could you explane the term poodle jacketed second stages. This term is not
used up here.
