Mr. Troup,

  At the risk of being overly blunt i wish to tell you i consider your product
to be garbage. 

   It encourages divers to be complacent in the operation of their life
support equipment without providing a truly reliable redundant gas source. All
of the problems your product claims to cure can be better solved by the
application of vigilance and proper technique.

  Furthermore that you openly admit in a public forum that the product could
cause a total loss of gas supply when used in the recommended manner while
also claiming it provides "redundancy" says volumes about your corporate
policy.  

   Divers of all levels should concentrate on technique and attitude and
reject ham handed half measures such as your "xtra" product.
