Actually, alot of manufacturers now ship ALL their regs and valves with "Oxy
compatable" O rings and lube.  I know for sure that Oceanic, Posiedon, Genesis
(including their manifold) do.  I'm pretty sure Scubapro does as well, and I
wouldn't be surprised if all the major manufacturers do at this point. They
don't call them "O2 clean", but let you know that you don't have to change any
of the O rings if you O2 clean 'em because they haven't been saturated with
sillicone. 

If this concerns you, I would check with whatever shop you use that the reg
your getting is the current, umm "Oxy compatible" version.  Alot of shops have
alot of backstock, and as this seem to be a relatively current development...
draw yer own conclusions.
