John, I have been diving nitrox with box-stock scubapro 1sts and 2nds for 
the past 4 years and have never had any sort of problem. Nitrox is the 
new "great green hope" of the dive marketing industry. It is a reason to 
sell you equipment you all ready have or to increase the already 
spectacular markup on the current gear by painting it green. It has 
reached hysteria levels in certain clueless diveshops with O2 
henny-penny's running around crying "YOUR GONNA BLOW UP YOURE GONNA BLOW 
UP!". It has become a reason for these diveshops to bend you over and 
ream you out. If your DS says you need all this nitrox crap, turn around, 
leave and never go back.
