The recent thread about nutrition has been very interesting and helpful! Many thanks to those who have been sharing their extensive research and experience. It does give me an appetite, though, for what information/data/statistics there are about Eskimos (not known for their gardening tips or salad recipes) and the ingredients of their health (cancer, heart, stroke, other disease rates, cholesterol levels, stamina, longevity, or lack of) with regards to their rather extreme diet and living conditions. Is there a snowball's chance in hell that anyone give us, in a nutshell so to speak, a few bytes about how they fit into the nutritional scheme of things? If the answer is "Well, they're different", then I'd say "Inuit." But seriously, what have researchers cooked up about them? TIA.
