I use the Beauchat computers; I actually dive with two, one Aladin Pro and
one Aladin Sport. They use the same algorithm and should be giving identical
information. I feel very comfortable with this setup. They are of such a
size that I can wear them side-by-side on my arm and compare them on every
glance.

However, due to slight differences in the pressure sensors it is not uncommon
for them to be +/- 1 fsw apart. This leads to slight differences in
No-deco-time and deco requirements; especially on multiday repetitive dives.
I always follow the most conservative and feel that this, along with the
other saftey buffer procedures that I employ(like Nitrox or O2 decos) gives
me a good saftey margin.

Enjoy,
Tom Topping
