I have had several requests for some diet and fitness training suggestions/plans, from members of this list. The top guy, probably in the World for this information , is Terry Giles. Terry happens to be a friend of mine, and he has agreed to put some plans together for ultra high bodyfat tech divers, and moderately fat tech divers. This will be generic to a degree, since it will apply to many people, and cannot take the peculiarities of the individual completely into account. These two programs WILL NOT be good for someone with only 20% bodyfat levels, although I may get him to include a plan for this level as well----the problem here is far more divergence in metabolic function, contributing too fat creation-----there are many more contributing factors here, to decrease fat from this level. . When Terry trains an individual, and creates a special diet for them---it is a diet unique to this person's metabolism----and in many cases this can have profound effects---this is why PRO bodybuilders will pay Terry several thousand dollars for a 2 week training and year long diet plan. The ameteur athletes ( in BB, cycling, triathlon, powerlifting, etc. ) pay him generally between $200 and $300, for comparable custom programs. Due to the widely spread out geographics of this list, and Terry's agreement with me on the importance of better fitness to protect tech divers, he has become willing to provide some very special programs to the list, at no charge.
