I'm afraid I cannot say to have dived them all... :-( ...  but time & 
money permitting I'll try to get at least to Scapa Flow & the Great 
Barrier Reef before my diving days are over. :-)   Perhaps some Alpine 
lakes as well....  In the meanwhile I'll have to settle for closer  
seas, oceans, wrecks & caves.

Conrad, that post was just tongue in cheek.  Sorry if I touched a sore
spot.  Seriously though, if you can attest to the experience of diving
in all of the places you listed, you have WAY too much money.  ;)
