The Dive-Rite wings don't have bungee or anything with it. I'm diving them
without any kind of elastic right now and it's a bit of a pain. First, the
wings hang and don't stay tucked. And second, I have to worry about my
orientation to dump my air. I've seen Florida cave divers solve this by
putting large bands of surgical tubing around the tanks (attached to the
bolts). Then the wings are tucked under this when the tanks are mounted to
the back-plate. Cheap, easy and customizable.

I've used this system in the past and it works really well. So why aren't
I using it now?? Well... let's just say that moving to another country is
interesting. Anyone have any idea what "surgical tubing" is in Swiss German?
;-)
