>So what if I am not one of Mr. Ellison's goose stepping dive supermen? >Does that mean I can do nothing but strut around, eat pizza, occasionally >smoke pot and lecture the uniformed about my adventures? Nazis like Dan >Volker and Tom Mount would have you believe that unless you can prance >around and violently brutalize people, like Jean Claude Van Damme, you >are a nothing and should go hide yourself. Their idea of fitness is to >gobble steroids and habitate muscle gyms. These guys along with their >running dog, Pierce Ellison, ruin it for everyone else. The worst >influence of all is the socalled Director of the WKPP, whose name I will >not even demean myself to mention. His message of fitness to an extreme >is disgusting and totally unreasonable and does not merit consideration. How overweight are you....Really???? There is no reason for you to be as pathologically afraid of fitness as you are. I know people who could get you to reasonable body fat levels. Only a very small percentage of the population has no choice about being fat. So are you happy with obeisity? Do you wish everyone else was fat??? Do you want to do something to change your fitness?? >Only a tiny percentage of people over the age of thirty have the genetic >constitution to carry on like this. Most normal people know better and >preserve their health through more passive alternative measures which >address the limitations imposed by age. You are DEAD WRONG !!!! I have plenty of friends in their 50's and 60's who are still competitive in cycling, and have much higher fitness levels than the average 30 year old. Being fit is a lifestyle, and it has little to do with "trying to exercise everyday of your life".....its about being active and enjoying physical sports that are fun for you, and that promote fitness while you engage in them. If you are really overweight, you will have to do some exercise and diet before you can really enjoy this "lifestyle fitness:, but once you reach a reasonable fitness level, it will never feel like work again. Age is not an excuse. Lazyness and slovenly behavior would seem to become you, by the attitudes you expressed in this post.. Your limitations are self induced. > >Fortunately, the above referenced despicable individual is long gone from >this forum, driven off like a snarling bloodthirsty predator, but his >fellow converts lurk like hyenas ready to flame anyone who disagrees with >their uncompromising message. Yeah, were really bad people. The fact that we spend as much time as we do, trying to save the lives of guys like, you, does reflect quite badly on us. Sorry. > >I have been on the receiving end of this hateful message since grade >school and I immediately recognize the vicious and undisguised >insensitivity of bigots who routinely practice physical discrimination. If you were a "little fat kid", the persons responsible for your condition were your parents, for knowing nothing of nutrition or fitness training. I would transfer this anger you have at George, myself, and even Tom Mount, and aim it squarely at your parents--they are the ones that made you what you are, and allowed you to take on the personna of a poor defenseless fat person, mad at the world for picking on him. Or, better still, take this pent up anger and frustration, and channel it into your own self development----join a gym today, start weight training and an ultra low or zero carb diet, with 25 grams or so of protein in each meal. Each meal will be small, and you will need at least 4 or 5 per day, along with lots of water. I'll even help you with this, since a friend of mine happens to be one of the world's top nutrition and fitness trainers. And that's after you were kind enough to call me a Nazi, while meanwhile I have never had any direct contact with you ever before. Which of us is being unfair?? > > >Mr. Ellison, you are "the absolute worst of a bad lot." > >Dick Werden >"Its everyone else's fault I'm Fat!"
