agreed!

i might include something i learned from Lifeguard Systems in my otherwise
PADI Rescue course.
that's going BEYOND standards rather than trhwoing them away...and i hope
what i add is a MEANINGFUL addition.

on the other hand, if i were to decide to require that all students in
Rescue must be able to lift a 250 man up the ladder in the pool that might
be an UNREASONABLE alteration.

as in most things diving, reasonable judgment is an important factour.
