Not a problem, I've done it myself. But what we need is a way to inform divers
which instructors are good, and which ones are not, regardless of agency
affiliation. 
Perhaps a uniform website, non agency affiliated, with a good list and a bad
list. What criteria should be used would be a whole other ball game.
