Rob,

I am currently living in Tokyo, and I've been here for two years.  Before
that I lived in Nagano for a year.  That was even worse for diving.  A
long time ago, I lived in Nagoya for 4 years.  

Even though the diving isn't that great in Japan, and it is really
expensive, there is on thing that makes diving in Japan great, espically
during the summer.  Japan has the highest percentage of female divers in
the world.  Just under 50%.  So, it makes it real easy to get some Tech
Nookie here.
