  NO2 is poisonous: I take it that you mean N2O. 50% N2O + 50% O2 is Entonox,
a wellknown painkilling gas, may make you act like drunk, but won't affect
voice pitch much. NaF6 is impossible, as sodium is never more then 1-valent.
