I've read this magazine. Some of the articles in the past have been informative. Certainly, it ranks higher than "Skin Diver". I think the problem that most people have with the magazine on this list is that Brett Gilliam decided to take George on in the print media, instead of the internet. I have not read any critiques about the content of the magazine itself, other than the last issue being too basic for advanced divers. (The magazine had several articles about decompression sickness. Of course, it could be argued that these articles were aimed at new "tech" divers.") For myself, I really do not see the difference between what Gilliam printed in his magazine and what George has posted on this list, other than the fact that Gilliam did not print profanity. Over the past several days I have read many posts from individuals justifying the tactics of personal attacks over the internet. In essence, most of these posts state that if you can't take the heat, then stop crying about it and get off the list. If people truly believe in this statement, then they should apply it evenly. From the statement below, it would seem that Brett Gilliam is merely doing the same thing that is done on this list daily.
