Mailing List: techdiver

I saw an ad recently here in Japan.  It was for a watch that had a built
in EPIRB.  It was designed for mountain clibers, but with the stero type
of Japanese divers, a diving version is probably not to far off.  The one
I saw had a pretty short range though.
