Subject: TV 12 on 3 missing WPB Divers---Issue: Is there Culpable Negligence?

 TV 12 in Palm Beach, ran stories tonight on whether there was in fact,
culpable negligence on the part of Andre Smith and Divers supply.

George Irvine was interviewed, and one of his major issues addressed on this
news segment, was why Andre had NO LONG HOSE to offer the student in the out
of gas emergency----and how could the instructor allow this to go this far
without acting ?

There will certainly be much more to come.
