i've been off this list for a while so, first, let me say hi (again) and
happy new year, George (et al)


i've been using that set-up in those situations for a few years now so i'm
happy to hear it has the stamp of approval!<g>

although i DO use the same backplate and harness, i use the original
Diverite "junior" wings bladder with a single tank and their single-tank
mount thingies.
that way i can set up the mounts on two tanks and just switch tanks between
dives with the same wing-nut/bolt attachment as for doubles. it's quick and
easy and familiar.
i also find these wings work reasonably well with a single tank and don't
seem to wrap around the tank too much; as some wings tend to do  (making
them hard to empty fully)

have anything specific against this arrangement?
