Like others, I found this out first hand. It really sucks, my lips were
frost chapped for a week. I filed it in the "well, that was money well
spent" box along with the other stroke gear I squandered my money on during
the learning process. 

That was the last time I used it.

I might pull it out for a heavy O2 exposure on deco one day but until then
it stays dry.
