I'm a bit confused - your are looking for math BEHIND the algorithm? The
algorithm IS the math - and all that's needed to do whatever calculations
you need.

Or are you looking FOR the algorithm? In that case, you need to get your
hands on "Decompression, Decompression Sickness" by Prof. Dr. med. Albert
A. Buehlmann. The U.S. editions have been out of print for a while, and
the latest edition has not yet been translated into English as far as I
know.

I have been searching the libraries, and book stores to get some
information on decompression theory and them math behind it.

What I am looking for is the math behind the Buhlman algorithm.

Any help on locating some technical information would be appreciated.
