There's no place for the fastener, even if you drill a clearance hole through the adaptor the nut will interfere with mounting the cylinder. The standard bolts on the adaptor aren't long enough to use them to hold the weight on, either. I've resorted to double steel backplates for use with a single cylinder, and depending upon cylinder, exposure suit and insulation I may still wear a weight belt with a few pounds on it.
