are you such an aragant jackass that by trying to throw shit in the air you
think that no one will notice what  YOU said & did.
yes joel is a member of the crew of the WAHOO & you may think he is a friend
(i seriously doubt that even you belive that one) but even giving you those
facts.
1- you blatently made up facts that have no truth to them (ie. "dead bodies
being rolled off the deck") 
you said that not some CG guy on the list- your original post makes no
reference to something you heard. you wrote it as if it were a fact.
2- you take the approach that nothing you said was "NO BIG DEAL".
well maybe to you it ment nothing, but to the owner of the boat & all of the
people concerned with its operation your bullshit inflamitory fabricated lies
are a big deal.
3- "You are quoting private correspondence between Joel ... and I, which he
had no business sharing with you".
      oh that's right slandering someone's business is okay because you didn't
expect it to get back to him is okay in you book. 
       how many other "private" conversations have you had where you spread
your malicious falsehoods have there been? when do you think it become slander
?
       did you just accidentaly forget to put into your post to steve that
your post to joel was also to the editor of a national dive magazine? was that
a slight oversite or simplification on your part?
        is it ok for you to make inflamitory statements based on insuficient
or incorrect facts since you held the positions in dive accident reasearch
with URI.
3- i submit that you may try to trash steve & the Wahoo with all the BS you
can muster, but it will be evident to the people on this list that you were
the instigator & the fabricator here. Steve has to be on guard for jerks like
you who hang around & try to defame the eforts & work that has gone into
making the RV WAHOO a name in the industry that is respected for its
accomplishments.
