How? You have to have an excess of weight on a neoprene to get it neutral at 10', for me about 10lbs more than a shell. At the bottom you have to compensate for this 10lbs and that's a lot of air. I don't like that much air in my suit, it's a pain when you change your attitude frequently. To each his own, I suppose.
