We use a welding/cutting torch regulator as well as a 50' torch hose (1/4
i.d.). At the reg, the hose fitting couples right up. At the diver end, the
hose couples to a oxygen / 1/4" npt fitting, then a shutoff valve, then a
custom made 1/4" npt / scuba fitting (similar to ones shown in the Oxy Hackers
book) (also available commercially) to a 3-outlet scuba tee thence to three
cheap "octopus" second stages. Even buying a red/green acetylene/oxygen twin
hose and splitting it, it was still only about $25 for the hose, and it's
specifically made for oxygen use.
